What are your standard delivery timeframes for furniture?
In-stock items typically arrive within 5-10 business days. For bespoke or made-to-order furniture pieces, delivery usually takes between 6 to 12 weeks depending on the manufacturer.
Do you offer professional assembly services?
Yes, we offer a 'White Glove' delivery service for most large furniture items, which includes room-of-choice delivery, full assembly, and removal of all packaging materials.
What is your return policy for home decor and furniture?
Home accessories can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Large furniture items can be returned within 14 days, provided they are in original condition; however, a restocking fee may apply.
Do Shackletons products come with a warranty?
All of our furniture pieces come with a minimum 12-month manufacturer warranty covering structural defects. Many of our premium sofas and mattresses include extended warranties up to 10 years.
Can I request fabric samples before placing an order?
Absolutely. We offer a complimentary swatch service so you can see and feel the fabric quality in your own home lighting before committing to a purchase.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and offer flexible financing options including interest-free credit on qualifying orders over a certain value.
