At Shackletons, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home furnishings. If a piece doesn't fit your space or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal or contact our customer care team with your order number to begin the return authorization process.

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully repackage your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly instructions, and protective wraps are included.

  Ship or Schedule Pickup

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label for smaller parcels, or coordinate with our logistics team to schedule a professional pickup for large furniture pieces.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, typically within 5 to 7 business days.
